Produce high-level editorial content and game notes for live regional and national broadcasts, support live broadcasts with research using internal tools, edit and approve coworkers' content, deliver trends/insights, meet strict deadlines, and work nights/weekends remotely.

Design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using NiFi, Kafka, Python, Java, and AWS. Develop ETL/warehousing, data models, automated cleaning, monitoring, unit tests, and SQL-based debugging. Containerize with Docker, collaborate via JIRA/Agile, and ensure scalable, observable data architecture for analytics and data science.

Manage full-spectrum HR operations for North America, including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, learning and development, DEI and engagement initiatives, and local implementation of global People strategies while partnering with CoEs, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business leaders.
