Teams at Spotify

Develop novel machine learning methods and architectures for generative conversational speech-to-speech models. Research speech synthesis and recognition, improve model quality and realism, collaborate on data and infrastructure, and help scale proven research into production pipelines and Spotify products.

Conduct original machine learning and AI research focused on foundation models, generative AI, reinforcement learning, and personalization. Develop models, methodologies, and evaluation frameworks; design rigorous experiments; publish findings; collaborate with product teams; shape Spotify’s research agenda; and mentor colleagues.

Coordinate revenue accounting for Spotify’s global advertising business, including month-end close, revenue and deferred revenue entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, IFRS and SOX compliance, audits, process improvements, and ERP or system implementations. Partner with Engineering, Sales, Legal, FP&A, Tax, and other teams to develop scalable accounting processes for new revenue streams and advertising products.
