Teams at Spotify

Lead a strategic 1:1 partnership with a major agency, drive revenue growth through joint business plans and scaled programs, evangelize Spotify ad products, advise on programmatic/self-service/AI-enabled workflows, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute education, measurement, and innovation initiatives.

Manage accounting for Spotify's Paid Revenue streams, ensuring IFRS and SOX-compliant reporting. Lead month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and operational metrics. Drive end-to-end process and system improvements, partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering on new revenue models, and support implementations and special projects.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for Spotify's agent-powered features, partnering with cross-functional teams to build, evaluate, and scale LLM-driven systems. Provide servant leadership to multiple teams, manage ~5-10 people, influence product roadmaps, and drive consolidation of agent implementations onto a single scalable engine.
