The Account Manager will manage TikTok Shop accounts, focusing on client operations, account health, execution of plans, and cross-team coordination, with opportunities for strategic growth and mentorship.

The Creator Manager will build relationships with creators, execute outreach campaigns, and manage creator engagement for Spotlight Media, aiming to foster long-term partnerships.

Research top-performing TikTok Shop content, write evidence-based creative briefs, manage creator campaigns end-to-end, review drafts and request revisions, track performance versus briefs, report results, and use campaign tools (Cruva, Growi). Work in-person with founder and grow into independent campaign ownership.
