Own database performance, reliability, observability, migrations, capacity planning, backups, and recovery for a distributed CockroachDB environment. Diagnose query, indexing, schema, contention, and transaction issues; guide database design and changes; support incident response; improve operational practices; and mentor engineers across infrastructure, platform, and application teams.

Own sales forecasting, pipeline and performance analytics, GTM planning, sales compensation strategy, and revenue reporting. Partner with senior Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to identify risks, evaluate scenarios, improve forecast accuracy, and translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations. This senior individual contributor role requires autonomy, executive communication, and expertise in SaaS revenue operations, Salesforce, sales compensation, quota planning, and pipeline management.

Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, architecture design, RFP responses, and solution proposals for enterprise prospects and customers. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to validate solutions, support implementation handoffs, and accelerate revenue growth. Create reusable demo environments, technical documentation, solution artifacts, and sales enablement materials while explaining APIs, integrations, payments, fraud, and platform capabilities to customer stakeholders.
