Supports the Sales Operations team through project work involving dealer shop-drawing guidelines, approval processes, library access, liability requirements, and SOP documentation. Collaborates with leadership, legal, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to update processes covering masterfiles, warranties, remakes, backcharges, international projects, customers, and contact documentation. Participates in professional development, training, job shadowing, and product knowledge sessions.

Supports product management improvement projects, including AI trend research, motorized display bills of materials, competitor materials, dealer portal usability, and commercial product offerings. Collaborates with sales, dealers, and cross-functional teams while gaining product knowledge, professional development, and hands-on experience in a consumer products environment.

Supports commercial marketing sustainability and compliance data management in the 3E platform. Responsibilities include auditing and cleaning product data, uploading component information, onboarding suppliers, verifying textile supplier data, and resolving discrepancies. The internship provides cross-functional project experience, training, and exposure to multiple business functions within a consumer products company.
