Partner with the CPO and CTO to run R&D operations: lead operating cadence, OKR alignment, reporting/dashboards, budget governance, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Triage escalations, drive org design and AI-operating-model projects, and draft executive and board communications to enable prioritized, data-driven R&D decision making.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Sprout's Trellis agentic AI (Chat and Studio). Own cross-functional initiatives, shape Trellis skills ecosystem, mentor PMs, and align product, design, engineering, and GTM to deliver scalable, commercially viable AI features that drive customer ROI.

This role involves leading financial strategy and planning for Sprout's go-to-market organization, managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting while partnering with executives.
