Provides workplace and office support by processing and distributing mail, shipping and receiving packages, maintaining copiers and office supplies, setting up meeting rooms, covering reception, and keeping service areas organized. Delivers customer service to employees and clients, handles inquiries, trains backup staff, and performs light maintenance and cleaning. Requires physical handling of packages and the ability to work independently on an assigned schedule.

The Financial Controller oversees monthly close, P&L reporting, forecasting, financial controls, variance analysis, and profitability insights for a business line. The role partners with Finance, Operations, Sales, and leadership to improve reporting accuracy, processes, data quality, and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include developing dashboards, supporting accounting processes, leading financial meetings and projects, and mentoring one direct report. A bachelor's degree and 5–7+ years of relevant experience are required; extensive controllership, ERP, SAP, and advanced Excel experience are preferred.

Leads net-new enterprise sales for outsourcing and technology-enabled services, targeting financial institutions, insurers, and regulated enterprises. Originates and closes complex, multi-year deals exceeding $10 million, manages long sales cycles, develops executive relationships, leads cross-functional pursuit teams, negotiates contracts, and drives pipeline, bookings, and revenue. Requires expertise in BPO, managed services, transaction processing, document management, automation, AI, and regulated-industry governance.
