Think holistically about the optimal end to end experience and product ecosystem regardless of scope.
Research & analyze team input, business requirements, customer research and competitor data to drive experience strategy, identify new insights & opportunities, understand our customers, and test potential design solutions.
Partner closely with UX Research as necessary to conduct qualitative and/or quantitative research, from insights to implications, validated concepts and recommendations.
Deeply understand and champion users; Lead or partner on research that aims to understand and address customer needs, jobs, pain points, behaviors, intended/desired usage; Identify areas of continuous improvement.
Document processes, workflows, current state audits/analysis, and requirements.
Translate experience objectives into tangible, meaningful & useful solutions or recommendations across products and services with consideration of the full end to end customer experience and integration points with other internal teams.
