Own the strategy and roadmap for Acuity Scheduling’s payments, transactions, and mobile products. Lead customer and market discovery, define opportunities, drive payment integrations and checkout experiences across web and mobile, manage partner and build-versus-buy decisions, and track business metrics. Collaborate with marketing, customer operations, analytics, and engineering to launch products, improve merchant support, and align stakeholders around measurable growth and customer outcomes.

Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for international markets, including budgeting, resource planning, content and AI-discovery strategy, media investment, and cross-functional execution. Build scalable international playbooks, use performance data to guide prioritization, and partner with Product, Brand, Commercial, Finance, and Analytics teams to translate market needs into measurable outcomes.

Leads the FP&A function, finance team, and company-wide product-line P&L. Advises the President and executive leadership on strategy, budgeting, forecasting, investments, profitability, and M&A. Oversees executive and board reporting, variance and scenario analysis, and accountability frameworks. Drives finance transformation through AI-enabled tools, automation, scalable processes, and improved analytics.
