Teams at Squarespace

Lead architecture and implementation of Squarespace's Communications Platform (email, push, in-product messaging). Drive platform modernization, reliability, and engineering standards. Provide hands-on Java development, technical leadership, mentorship, design and code reviews, and cross-team collaboration to maintain scalable, reliable, and secure communication services.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to define metrics, build datasets and dashboards, run experiments, perform deep data exploration, and translate insights into prioritized product recommendations to inform the roadmap and measure business health.

Own day-to-day partner program operations and key workstreams for Squarespace Circle. Manage referral and marketplace lifecycle, optimize onboarding and engagement, implement scalable process improvements (including AI), synthesize community feedback and data into strategic recommendations, and launch programs that drive partner revenue and engagement.
