Performs diagnostic and advanced CT procedures per radiologist protocols, prepares and positions patients, administers contrast, monitors patients and protocols, follows radiation safety, and performs at least three advanced CT procedures (e.g., biopsy, TAVR, coronary, watchman, OR planning extremity work, ablations, fiducial placement).

Assist pathologists by preparing and grossing surgical specimens for histology: prioritize, trim, label, process, preserve, and photograph tissues; perform gross dictation and frozen sections; assist with fine needle aspirates; maintain supplies, file slides/blocks, and perform related clerical duties under supervision.

Provide direct patient care under an RN preceptor as part of the New Graduate Nurse Residency. Perform patient assessments, document care, develop patient/family education, collaborate with healthcare team, complete competency training, and follow professional nursing standards. Excludes Family Birthplace, Women’s Services, and ICU.
