Design conversational AI experiences and dynamic interfaces, build and test interactive prototypes using AI coding tools, collaborate with engineering and product, and help evolve the design system. The role requires rapid iteration, customer testing, strong design craft, component-based UI expertise, and comfort working in a high-ownership startup environment.

Executes B2B growth marketing across social, email, website, field events, outbound, and account-based marketing campaigns. Writes multi-channel content, plans customer events, partners with sales, explains technical products to enterprise IT buyers, analyzes campaign performance, and rapidly tests and reallocates resources. The role is an on-site, early-career position with event travel as needed.

Coordinate recruiting operations across interview scheduling, ATS management, agency tracking, job postings, candidate communications, recruiting files, reports, events, and travel logistics. Maintain accurate Ashby data and recruiting documentation while supporting recruiters and hiring managers. The role also contributes to sourcing, candidate outreach, job description updates, and broader recruiting process improvements in an early-stage startup.
