Lead a small engineering team while remaining hands-on in designing, building, and shipping production software. Own complex technical initiatives, set architectural direction, mentor engineers, remove technical blockers, and collaborate with Product and Design. The role focuses on distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, software quality, technical execution, and scalable AI platform features.

Own enterprise customer engagements from initial discovery through deployment and go-live. Translate customer challenges into use cases, define success criteria, manage pilot timelines, coordinate with engineers, drive adoption, train users, and relay feedback to product and engineering teams. The role also helps create scalable deployment processes in an ambiguous, early-stage startup environment.

Build and deploy proactive AI agents that resolve enterprise service requests end-to-end. Responsibilities include developing agent harnesses, tooling, and information sources; scaling agent infrastructure for millions of users; defining agent user experiences; evaluating and optimizing model performance; and ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. The role also involves full-stack ownership, customer-focused product delivery, and operational excellence.
