Manage, investigate, and resolve professional and general liability claims for Stanford Medicine. Oversee litigation strategy, retain and monitor outside counsel, evaluate exposure, negotiate settlements, handle discovery and trial support, and manage claims reporting, reserves, and databases. Investigate medical, cyber/privacy, construction, and property claims and provide recommendations to leadership and reinsurance partners.

Provides senior technical leadership for pathology clinical application platforms, including Epic Beaker and imaging workflows. Designs and evaluates healthcare IT solutions, integrations, data models, and dataflows; assesses build-versus-buy and AI-enabled tools; contributes to roadmaps, upgrades, documentation, and monitoring plans. Serves as a hands-on technical expert for complex projects, mentors analysts, coordinates select initiatives, and partners across IT teams without formal people-management authority.
