Hunt and win new small-to-medium business customers within a defined NYC territory using phone, video, and face-to-face outreach. Set appointments, present Staples solutions, manage the sales process through CRM tools, collaborate with internal support and category specialists, onboard new accounts, and drive account growth and retention.

Support and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding). Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, test, implement, and optimize HR processes and system enhancements. Lead deployments, drive adoption, provide training and documentation, analyze HR data, and recommend scalable, user-focused solutions.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and scaling of enterprise AI/ML platforms (including GenAI and agent frameworks). Enable cross-functional teams to build, deploy, govern, and operate production-grade AI solutions; define architecture and guardrails; track adoption, reliability, cost, and developer productivity; partner with Security, Privacy, Cloud, and vendor partners; and drive platform delivery through agile execution.
