Teams at Starbridge

Own renewals, expansions, and upsells for enterprise B2B SaaS customers. Build executive relationships, run quarterly business reviews, partner with CSMs, and drive net revenue retention and strategic platform adoption.

Serve as a hands-on implementation and strategy lead for customers: scope engagements, design and build GTM systems in the platform, integrate with CRM and sales tools, run project plans and trainings, drive adoption and revenue expansion, and feed product insights back to the company.

In this role, you will lead the development of software solutions including data pipelines and integrations, while setting technical standards for future projects.
