First in-house lawyer to build Starbridge's legal, contracts, and public-sector compliance functions. Negotiate multi-party channel deals, draft core agreements (OEM, reseller, SaaS, DPAs), design vehicle and audit readiness processes, run a deal desk, protect economics across payments and tax, and partner with product/engineering to encode legal logic into the platform. Advise on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, IP, employment, and governance while managing outside counsel.

Own renewals, expansions, and upsells for enterprise B2B SaaS customers. Build executive relationships, run quarterly business reviews, partner with CSMs, and drive net revenue retention and strategic platform adoption.

Senior Product Manager responsible for defining and driving feature development across user-facing product areas and technical data infrastructure. The role owns roadmap development, customer discovery, product metrics, and cross-functional launches with Customer Success, Marketing, and go-to-market teams.
