Lead and coach a Workday HCM AMS team while performing hands-on configuration across Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting and related modules. Translate business requirements into Workday solutions, troubleshoot issues, manage governance, lead release testing/deployments, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance and system optimization.

Lead enterprise-wide business controls transformation by designing and executing AI-enabled automation, standardization, and control modernization. Partner with Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, Technology and business units to prioritize AI use cases, govern delivery, strengthen control design, and report executive-ready insights across Boston, New York, and London.
