Owns global consolidation, technical accounting, and SEC reporting workstreams across corporate entities and consolidated funds. Responsibilities include ASC 810 VIE assessments, consolidation schedules, technical accounting memoranda, U.S. GAAP policy development, SEC filing support, audit coordination, SOX controls, process automation, and collaboration with Fund Accounting. Leads assigned workstreams, provides technical guidance, and reviews junior team members’ work.

Entry-level role for graduating undergraduates to perform fund and manager due diligence, financial modeling, market research, analyze PPMs and financial statements, prepare investment memos, present recommendations, and monitor portfolio investments.

Drive new institutional investor acquisition and sales operations for SPI by StepStone. Manage full-cycle prospecting, demos, contract coordination, CRM pipeline, reporting, and territory planning while providing product feedback and supporting onboarding and renewals.
