Designs monthly women's contemporary and missy sportswear collections across tops, knits, wovens, dresses, skirts, and pants. Researches trends, develops concepts, selects fabrics and trims, presents samples, and collaborates cross-functionally through product development. Manages multiple collections and deadlines while supporting creative direction and mentoring junior team members.

Supports seasonal footwear design and development by creating CADs, colorways, technical specifications, and design revisions. Assists with material and trim selection, sample organization, development packages, presentations, sample tracking, and shipments. Collaborates with design and cross-functional teams to manage deadlines and maintain accurate seasonal product development in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Supports the wholesale apparel sales team by managing showroom activities, samples, account functions, sales reporting, digital product content, dropship processes, EDI, shipping, returns, inventory tracking, and order updates. Coordinates with internal teams and external partners to prepare markets, maintain accurate line sheets, meet deadlines, and address customer needs. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment.
