The Investment Banking Associate manages M&A and financing transactions from origination through closing. Responsibilities include building integrated financial models, conducting valuation and M&A analyses, preparing memoranda, supporting due diligence and drafting, managing multiple transactions, assessing opportunities, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires client management, analytical, modeling, and transaction execution skills, along with a finance-related bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of investment banking experience.

Supports Advisor Directed advisory programs by assisting Financial Advisors and their staff, resolving escalated operational and compliance issues, monitoring programs, improving workflows, maintaining procedures, developing communications, and coordinating program enhancements. The role collaborates with Advisory Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and other stakeholders while supporting project management and ensuring advisory materials and processes are accurate, efficient, and consistently applied.

Supports advisor-directed investment programs through application processing, model and strategy support, account setup and maintenance, program monitoring, compliance and operations coordination, documentation management, and procedure reviews. The role assists financial advisors and their staff, analyzes advisory programs, resolves account and trading issues, coordinates program communications, and identifies process improvements. It requires investment advisory industry knowledge, portfolio analysis skills, securities licenses, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial technology tools.
