Leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. Responsibilities include supervising teams, assessing quality of earnings and working capital, identifying transaction risks, analyzing financial statements, preparing diligence reports, leading client meetings, reviewing audit workpapers, advising on deal documents, supporting business development, and hiring and training staff.

Leads strategic FP&A, finance transformation, transaction diligence, post-acquisition integration, and carve-out engagements for middle-market and private equity-backed clients. Designs budgeting, forecasting, financial models, KPI dashboards, reporting frameworks, and finance process improvements. Advises CFOs and sponsors, supports interim FP&A leadership, recommends ERP and planning technologies, mentors teams, and contributes to business development and thought leadership.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance engagements for middle-market and PE-backed clients, including budgeting/forecasting design, driver-based modeling, KPI/dashboard reporting, transaction diligence support, post-acquisition integration, finance transformation, and interim FP&A leadership. Advise on ERP/CPM tools, implement data automation and visualization solutions, mentor junior staff, and drive business development.
