Lead end-to-end federal procurement activities for defense and government programs, including sourcing, supplier qualification, negotiations, purchase orders, cost analysis, compliance, documentation, and closeout. Partner with Programs, Finance, Contracts, and Engineering; manage vendor relationships; apply FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR requirements; assess risks; and improve procurement processes using ERP and AI-enabled tools.

Provides technical leadership for real-time RF sensor software development, integration, testing, and validation. Designs high-performance C/C++ systems, integrates signal-processing algorithms, debugs distributed and multithreaded applications, and transitions MATLAB/Python prototypes into production software. The role includes technical mentoring, customer and government stakeholder engagement, proposal development, documentation, system demonstrations, visualization tools, and approximately 10% travel for integration and field-testing activities.

Owns the full lifecycle of operational software products, from concept through production. Builds and tests reliable, user-focused features; scales prototypes; triages issues and identifies root causes; and partners with product teams, mission engineers, architects, and end users to deliver effective solutions. The role requires strong React, TypeScript, and Python skills, performance optimization experience, and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
