The Banner Technical Consultant will support, maintain, and enhance Ellucian Banner environments in higher education, collaborating closely with functional stakeholders and IT teams while ensuring system integrations and performance optimization.

The Senior Penetration Tester will conduct penetration tests, identify security weaknesses, mentor team members, and communicate findings to clients.

Lead process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management for higher-education transformations. Facilitate workshops, map current-state processes, assess ERP/SaaS readiness, design future-state workflows, and drive adoption across functions (Admissions, Financial Aid, Finance, HR, Payroll, Academic Affairs).
