Leads enterprise IT transformation programs, partnering with leadership to improve processes, operational efficiency, service quality, risk, and costs. Manages priorities, work plans, milestones, deliverables, business cases, scorecards, change management, and technology requirements. Conducts operational reviews and presents recommendations to stakeholders. Supports large-scale IT programs and AI prompting or AI agent initiatives.

Manage and match sensitive administrative data to create analytic datasets for research and evaluation projects. Review, adapt, document, and maintain SAS code; develop data dictionaries; document dataset creation and governance processes; identify documentation gaps; and support privacy, confidentiality, security, data quality, transparency, and reproducibility requirements while collaborating with research teams.

Administer and maintain middleware infrastructure supporting critical HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping applications. Install, configure, upgrade, patch, automate, and troubleshoot WebSphere, MQ, Cognos, and related platforms across Linux or UNIX environments. Manage deployments, source control, configuration, root-cause analysis, documentation, and production support while collaborating with technical teams and meeting project deadlines. The role requires independent work and 24x7 support, including nights and weekends when needed.
