Provide technical troubleshooting and operational support for remote EEG monitoring across clinical sites, manage vendor and IT relationships, ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance, document issues, support process improvement, training, recruitment, and daily remote monitoring operations.

Review and prune EEG studies, prepare technical summaries and input patient demographics/exam details for neurologist review. Follow ASEET guidelines and HIPAA, apply EEG pattern recognition, meet strict timelines, and work flexible schedules including weekends. Maintain confidentiality, perform data entry and analysis, and work with minimal supervision.

Remotely monitor EEG studies, ensure data and equipment integrity, troubleshoot technical issues, communicate with patients and technicians, document test events, maintain HIPAA compliance, and escalate problems as needed.
