Administer and architect Jira Align for a large life sciences client, configuring enterprise-to-team levels, OKR value engineering, integrations, migrations, governance, reporting, and product boards. Gather requirements, define business rules and acceptance criteria, lead testing and launches, train users, support Jira integrations, and coordinate distributed technical and business stakeholders. The role also provides ongoing product management, change management, and cross-functional leadership.

Supports the Product Owner by clarifying business requirements, coordinating dependencies across product teams, grooming and maintaining the product backlog, preparing sprint-ready stories, documenting product artifacts, and supporting Scrum ceremonies and sprint demonstrations. The role requires experience building software capabilities for customer relationship functions, Agile delivery, healthcare insurance, and managing product development teams.

Facilitates and optimizes Agile Release Train events, PI planning, synchronization, risk and dependency management, impediment escalation, and continuous improvement. Coaches leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe practices while aligning product strategy, execution, DevOps, release-on-demand capabilities, and value delivery. Uses JIRA and dashboards to track features, metrics, objectives, and program performance, collaborating with stakeholders across software engineering and healthcare or insurance environments.
