Supports medical device sales and territory growth for craniomaxillofacial products across Southern Connecticut. Responsibilities include assisting with account management, customer engagement, product evaluations, clinical procedures, inventory management, case preparation, reporting, and product education for surgeons and healthcare staff. The role partners with experienced sales representatives and requires field travel, clinical environment support, and occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supports operating room teams by preparing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting Stryker endoscopy equipment and disposable products. Provides in-procedure assistance, educates clinical staff, documents equipment usage, coordinates repairs and replacements, and manages sterilization preparation and instrument tracking. Requires rotating, on-call, overnight, and weekend availability, physical handling of equipment, occasional travel, and readiness to support other hospital accounts.

Leads technology-focused internal audits and risk advisory engagements, including IT risk and SOX compliance assessments. Evaluates IT general controls, automated controls, key reports, and control effectiveness across ERP and enterprise applications. Identifies technology risks and control gaps, develops remediation recommendations, coordinates audit workstreams, coaches analysts, and prepares audit reports. Uses data analytics and audit technologies to improve testing and risk coverage while advancing audit methodologies and team capabilities.
