Own the Paid Search acquisition product across StubHub and viagogo. Build experiment and delivery roadmaps, coordinate Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations, improve Google and Bing campaign performance, and establish dashboards, alerts, workflows, attribution methods, and measurement standards. Translate commercial goals into priorities, define metrics, assess experiments, resolve dependencies, and document platform knowledge to support faster, better decisions.

Manage ITGC/IT application controls, risk assessments, control design, automation, and governance. Partner with Internal/External Audit, Finance, Security, and Engineering, drive compliance-by-design, maintain control inventories and risk register, and present executive-level status and KPIs.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend systems for StubHub's Sponsored Listings ad platform. Provide technical leadership, translate product requirements into engineering plans, ensure stability and reliability, own projects end-to-end, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, compliance), maintain accurate People data, coordinate vendors and cross-functional projects, improve processes and self-service resources, and support recurring People programs to scale operations and enhance employee experience.

Lead the Seller Experience Post-Purchase org, define strategy and roadmap, build automated policy and incentive frameworks, reduce seller friction with self-serve workflows, improve enforcement and collections, develop AI/automation capabilities, run experiments using data tools, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.

Own and optimize end-to-end operational workflows for high-priority email and push campaigns. Coordinate intake, prioritization, QA, and launches while identifying bottlenecks and translating them into product requirements. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Design to build automation, tooling, and reporting. Use data to measure performance, drive experiments, and scale campaign operations for improved speed and quality.

Lead design and execution of StubHub’s global compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Rebuild job architecture, ensure pay equity and compliance, manage private-to-public equity transition and SOX controls, deploy AI-enabled Total Rewards operations, partner with Finance/Legal/HR, and build employee education and governance for executive and broad-based rewards.

The role involves building and scaling partnerships for Open Distribution at conventions and expos, focusing on business development, deal execution, and cross-functional growth efforts.
