Design flows for orders, replacements, and refunds; modernize email/SMS communications; implement agentic AI interactions; improve performance, scalability, and reliability; partner with Product, Design, and AI; use data and experiments to drive improvements.

Lead design and execution of StubHub’s global compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Rebuild job architecture, ensure pay equity and compliance, manage private-to-public equity transition and SOX controls, deploy AI-enabled Total Rewards operations, partner with Finance/Legal/HR, and build employee education and governance for executive and broad-based rewards.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend systems for StubHub's Sponsored Listings ad platform. Provide technical leadership, translate product requirements into engineering plans, ensure stability and reliability, own projects end-to-end, and mentor junior engineers.
