Paid apprentices complete a six-week piercing training program involving classroom learning, observation, and hands-on practice. Responsibilities include performing safe ear piercings, educating clients, delivering strong service, meeting appointment targets, maintaining sterilized tools and records, following operating procedures, and supporting studio compliance. Successful apprentices may advance to part-time or full-time Associate Piercer roles in NYC studios.

Lead the full marketing function to drive customer acquisition, studio traffic, conversion, retention, and brand equity. Own integrated marketing strategy, calendar, budget, measurement, and a team across brand, retail, digital, lifecycle, and creative. Partner cross-functionally to align launches, studio openings, and commercial goals while optimizing multi-channel performance and reporting to the CEO.

Manage leave, accommodation, and employee relations case administration end-to-end. Run interactive accommodation processes, coordinate restrictions with managers, maintain ADP and case systems, support investigations and terminations, and provide day-to-day benefits and COBRA support.

Provide friendly, informed customer service on the studio floor; support sales and appointments; maintain POS, inventory, and studio standards; follow safety protocols; contribute to a positive team culture and meet part-time scheduling requirements.
