Monitor pipeline health, forecast performance, and foster a culture of experimentation and accountability.

Lead technical strategy and execution for automated testing: design scalable frameworks, stabilize CI pipelines, build realistic test environments, reduce flakiness, guide triage and root-cause analysis, mentor engineers, and embed quality practices across product teams to enable frequent, reliable releases.
