The Human Resources Business Partner will lead core HR programs, including compensation cycles, talent reviews, engagement surveys, and exit analysis. The role advises executive stakeholders on employee relations, uses workforce data to shape talent strategy, improves HR operations, and independently manages cross-functional projects. Success requires Workday HCM expertise, data and spreadsheet skills, knowledge of HR practices and labor laws, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Leads School Operations strategy, operating model, performance, and organizational design across approximately 60 schools and 300 staff. Oversees Regional Operations Managers, operational standards, risk management, budgets, talent development, and cross-functional execution. Drives continuous improvement, AI and technology adoption, leadership coaching, succession planning, and scalable systems while spending approximately 60% of time in schools and traveling regularly across the network.

Owns the data, tools, trackers, and administrative processes supporting corporate recruiting. Responsibilities include auditing requisitions and candidate records, maintaining ATS accuracy, building dashboards and templates, monitoring recruiting SLAs, preparing reports, supporting audits, documenting procedures, and improving workflows with recruiters and coordinators.
