Supports fire protection consulting projects through suppression, fire alarm, smoke control, fire-rated separation, egress, code, and fire hazard assessments. Responsibilities include system design and evaluation, occupancy and hazardous-material classification, report writing, site inspections, testing and commissioning, risk assessments, and customer support with authorities. The role is intended for a current fire science or fire protection engineering student and offers hybrid, part-time work with opportunities to pursue EIT or NICET certification.

Provides fire protection engineering and consulting services, including suppression and alarm system design, building and fire code analysis, fire hazard assessments, smoke control and egress modeling, inspections, testing, commissioning, and technical report writing. The role supports construction-industry clients, coordinates with engineering and consulting teams, and assists customers with authority approvals. Candidates should have fire protection or related education, code knowledge, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably experience with design, modeling, and engineering software.
