Lead strategic finance initiatives including financial planning, pricing, capital allocation, ROI and payback analysis, new market evaluation, board reporting, fundraising materials, and revenue modeling. Partner with GTM, Merchant, and Customer teams while supporting M&A and investment decisions. Improve finance data and tooling infrastructure, develop scenario analyses, and translate complex financial information into executive-level narratives. The role requires expertise in financial modeling and a deep understanding of balance sheet lending and consumer credit dynamics.

Lead financial planning and analysis for Sunbit's credit card and POS portfolios. Build and maintain forecasting, LTV/CAC and unit-economics models, monitor credit performance (delinquencies, NCOs, CECL), support month-end reporting and variance analysis, design automated KPI dashboards, and provide scenario/sensitivity analysis to inform strategic decisions and cross-functional stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain the call center agent desktop and core backend platform. Develop integrations, automation, and AI-driven workflows to improve agent productivity. Ensure scalable, reliable systems with strong testing and observability. Own features end-to-end and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Operations.
