Coordinates logistical planning and onsite execution for Sundance Film Festival events. Responsibilities include managing invitations, guest lists, vendors, permits, budgets, schedules, volunteers, event collateral, equipment, data, and wrap reports. The role collaborates with Marketing and Festival Operations, supports event hosts, handles customer relations, and works extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Coordinates Sundance Film Festival press information, including media list management, press monitoring, coverage aggregation, data verification, statistical reporting, artist and project research, and daily communications reports. Supports press office logistics, screenings, events, interview spaces, and administrative projects while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and deadlines during the temporary festival period.

Manage assigned Sundance Film Festival partners and partnership activations, ensuring contractual benefits and recognition are delivered. Lead partner communications, coordinate with internal departments on marketing, signage, ticketing, venues and online platforms, maintain tracking documents and databases, support department operations, compile post-Festival wrap materials, and produce account summaries and recommendations.
