Provides HR generalist support to managers and employees across employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, onboarding, conflict resolution, engagement, retention, and change management. Investigates employee concerns, processes Workday transactions, partners with HR Centers of Excellence, supports organizational projects, and travels regularly to branches and corporate locations.

Owns revenue enablement initiatives that increase sales of service products across Sunrun’s customer fleet. Designs sales and service tools, process automations, training programs, playbooks, and coaching frameworks for frontline teams. Tracks attachment, conversion, order value, and adoption metrics; identifies cross-sell opportunities; improves workflows; and aligns Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations. The role operates autonomously, influences senior leaders without direct authority, mentors junior specialists, and drives scalable commercial improvements.

Provides advanced application support for Salesforce, Jira, and ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, configuration, incident management, monitoring, documentation, and SLA-driven issue resolution. Collaborates with development teams and business stakeholders, communicates technical issues clearly, identifies process improvements, and mentors junior technicians. The role is primarily remote with occasional office visits and requires strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.
