Leads the Midwifery Program, overseeing administration, strategic goals, budgeting, funding, faculty and student recruitment, curriculum development, quality assurance, and program evaluation. The chair teaches, supervises clinical education, participates in university committees, collaborates with community and affiliated agencies, and serves as the program spokesperson. Scholarly activity, grant development, and professional engagement are also expected.

Provides frontline support for Brightspace and academic applications, including troubleshooting, user access, course setup, integrations, and technical issue resolution. Supports faculty and students with instructional technology, multimedia tools, classroom technology, accessibility compliance, and remote learning platforms. Conducts training, maintains documentation, tracks support activity, assists with system testing, and recommends improvements to digital learning strategies. Also provides basic support for operating systems, wireless connectivity, Microsoft Office, and related software.

Manages daily outpatient clinic operations, supervises registrars, coordinates staffing and patient flow, monitors billing and encounter data accuracy, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations. Reviews referrals, authorizations, accounts, and coding; trains staff on registration, billing, insurance, and policy updates; conducts meetings; coordinates with clinical leaders; and supports the Director with departmental projects and operational issues.
