Manage department store and independent retailer accounts by analyzing sales performance, developing action plans, coordinating promotions, negotiating retail exposure, and delivering campaigns and assets. Partner with merchant, planning, marketing, and retail teams to achieve sales targets, manage purchase orders, maintain forecasts, and translate data into compelling business narratives and presentations.

Maintains accurate financial records through operating expense accounting, accruals, general ledger reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, accounts payable support, audit coordination, and financial reporting. Partners with FP&A, Marketing, and Operations, supports financial analysis, and improves accounting processes and systems. The role requires a detail-oriented accountant with US GAAP knowledge and 1–3 years of experience.

Manage Supergoop!’s influencer marketing program by sourcing and negotiating partnerships, maintaining influencer relationships, developing content calendars, monitoring brand compliance, tracking KPIs and conversions, measuring ROI, managing budgets, and coordinating micro- and macro-influencer campaigns across social platforms. Collaborate with Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media teams to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
