As Director of Data Science, you will lead a team to shape data strategy, driving growth and product decisions by leveraging experimentation and analytics in a dynamic environment.

Lead the design strategy and execution of onboarding, activation, and user engagement experiences across the Superhuman suite. Collaborate with teams to identify growth opportunities and create customer-centric solutions using design methodologies.

Manage a portfolio of educational accounts to grow ARR through upsells and renewals. Prospect within accounts, build stakeholder relationships, develop strategic plans and business cases, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Customer Success, and report forecasts, risks, and opportunities to management.
