Design and build simple, goal-oriented AI-first user experiences for web and mobile manufacturing platforms. Own the full design lifecycle, including user interviews, experience creation, and shipping products. Collaborate closely with a small, fast-moving team to reinvent how American factories acquire equipment.

Lead strategic initiatives, internal operations, automation workflows, and enterprise-facing content for a growing manufacturing channel. Work closely with founders to scale the business, craft buyer narratives, support forward-deployed engineering, and potentially sell to and manage enterprise accounts.

Work directly with founders and platform developers to solve enterprise customer problems rapidly. Responsibilities include decomposing customer challenges, designing paradigms that advance the company’s supply-chain ontology, and rethinking data flows across customer systems. The role requires full-stack production experience, modern web development skills, AI-native development proficiency, and comfort working with enterprise customers and executives.
