Leads Analytics Business Partners responsible for enterprise analytics intake, prioritization, pod backlogs, cross-pod dependencies, quarterly planning, and delivery outcomes. Manages and develops the ABP team while partnering with business, data engineering, analytics, data science, governance, and product teams. The role promotes reusable data assets, evaluates business value, and improves analytics delivery practices. Requires extensive healthcare or analytics experience, agile delivery expertise, stakeholder leadership, and people management.

Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and support high-volume software applications in an Agile environment. Collaborate with architects, product partners, customers, and engineers throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in design and code reviews, automated testing, production monitoring, security, observability, and continuous improvement. Use approved AI-assisted development tools responsibly across coding, testing, debugging, analysis, and documentation while ensuring software quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and support secure, high-volume software applications in an Agile environment. Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, lead code and design reviews, establish automated testing, monitor production systems, and improve quality practices. Collaborate with architects, product partners, customers, and engineers while mentoring team members. Build and maintain AI-enabled components responsibly, applying security, privacy, governance, observability, and compliance standards.
