The BIM Coordinator will lead studio BIM projects, support design teams with documents, run clash detections, and coordinate models across stakeholders.

Lead firmwide internal and external communications, develop marketing strategy and brand stewardship, produce and edit multimedia content, manage media relations and crisis communications, mentor marketing staff, align messaging with leadership, and measure effectiveness across channels to raise SWA's profile.
