The Chief of Staff will help executive leadership convert strategic priorities into execution. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, tracking company priorities and milestones, running leadership meetings and planning cycles, preparing board and investor materials, improving operating processes, supporting special initiatives, and coordinating company communications and culture activities.

Own event strategy and execution across conferences, webinars, executive dinners, sponsorships, and industry activations. Partner with sales to generate qualified pipeline, increase brand awareness, manage vendors and budgets, oversee website updates, and support integrated marketing campaigns. The role requires strong project management, B2B marketing experience, marketing automation proficiency, and familiarity with brands, agencies, advertising, ad tech, or marketing technology.

Build and optimize Swayable’s AI and analytics engine using Python, scientific computing, machine learning, and distributed systems. Responsibilities include architecting scalable high-performance computing solutions, productizing AI and data analysis, developing new features, maintaining code quality, collaborating with engineers and researchers, and mentoring junior engineers.
