Build and optimize Swayable’s AI and analytics engine using Python, scientific computing, machine learning, and distributed systems. Responsibilities include architecting scalable high-performance computing solutions, productizing AI and data analysis, developing new features, maintaining code quality, collaborating with engineers and researchers, and mentoring junior engineers.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Swayable’s AI and automated data science platform, from prospecting through close. Build strategic relationships with Fortune 500 brands and marketing agencies, develop account strategies, lead consultative sales conversations, navigate complex buying processes, create proposals and RFP responses, and manage pipeline forecasting while meeting new business targets.

Owns the systems, data, reporting, processes, and automations supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The role manages the GTM technology stack, data integrity, dashboards, forecasting, segmentation, pipeline design, account mapping, commission workflows, and cross-functional growth initiatives. It also improves sales productivity, streamlines lead-to-customer processes, and partners with leadership on revenue strategy and operating plans.
