Contract Project Managers will own end-to-end execution of individual projects across marketing, technology, communications, and content. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, risk management, vendor coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment in a remote environment.

Design and scope client learning solutions, lead RFP responses and presentations, estimate effort and budgets, co-design with ID/creative/engineering teams, onboard project teams, support business development and client relationship-building, and ensure smooth transition to delivery teams.

Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale cross-functional programs (events, launches, campaigns). Create project plans, timelines, RACI, and workback schedules; coordinate agencies and vendors; facilitate meetings; track milestones and action items; support roadmapping, resource allocation, and organizational program management processes.
