Responsibilities include assessing growth opportunities, monitoring competitive and industry trends, developing executive and board communications, supporting special projects, translating recommendations into execution plans and business cases, and evaluating M&A, partnership, and venture investment opportunities. The role collaborates extensively with business strategy, platform leadership, portfolio teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Leads authentication monitoring and fraud-risk strategy for digital wallet and tokenization programs. Responsibilities include analyzing authentication performance and leakage, developing fraud mitigation plans, building dashboards, identifying user journey friction, partnering with fraud and emerging payments teams, investigating wallet complaints, and presenting actionable insights. The role requires financial-services risk or credit experience, large-scale data analysis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and cross-functional leadership.

Leads the AI organization’s enterprise program management function, translating AI strategy into portfolio roadmaps, operating models, governance forums, adoption programs, tool rollouts, executive reporting, and measurable outcomes. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives across technology, business, risk, legal, compliance, finance, HR, and communications. Maintains portfolio visibility, tracks financials and KPIs, manages dependencies and risks, drives enablement and change management, and prepares executive briefings in a regulated financial services environment.

Leads enterprise AI enablement by driving responsible tool adoption, employee communications, change initiatives, communities, learning, use-case scaling, and engagement measurement. Partners with legal, compliance, risk, HR, technology, marketing, and business leaders to create practical guidance, launch programs, executive updates, storytelling, events, and adoption strategies that help employees use AI effectively.

Lead enterprise-scale technology and operations transformation programs using SAFe and Agile. Define vision, prioritize initiatives, manage cross-ART delivery, risks, budget, and stakeholders. Coach teams on Lean-Agile, standardize metrics and reporting, drive AI adoption and automation, and improve speed-to-market and quality across servicing functions.

Lead and mentor iOS development teams to design, build, test, release, and support high-quality mobile applications. Drive architecture, code reviews, CI/CD adoption, production troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business and security standards.
