Lead and provide expert database administration for production application databases, ensuring availability, reliability, integrity, performance tuning, backup/recovery, deployments, and data architecture. Mentor junior DBAs, collaborate with developers on physical database design, create and modify database objects, manage DBMS upgrades/patches, and develop standards and processes to meet business requirements.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex, Flow automations, and Lightning Web Components. Work with clients to gather requirements, participate in Agile sprints, perform code reviews and unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and produce technical documentation while following SSDLC practices.

Analyze business requirements and design specifications, troubleshoot and enhance existing systems, implement new systems and COTS solutions, and create requirements for architecture and engineering teams. Apply systems engineering across telecommunications, programming languages, operating systems, databases/DBMS, and middleware.
