Provide pragmatic legal advice across product lifecycle on AI, privacy, IP, security, open source, and marketing. Support commercialization, monitor evolving laws, draft playbooks, and help build privacy, security, and AI governance frameworks while partnering with Product, Engineering, R&D, and GTM teams.

Lead customer education by owning needs analysis and end-to-end instructional design. Create learning blueprints, assessments, and AI-accelerated workflows. Facilitate live workshops and conference talks, collaborate cross-functionally, hand off cleanly to developers, and measure learning outcomes to iterate and retire content.

The Social Media Lead will oversee Synthesia's presence on social platforms, shape the company's voice on AI and creativity, and manage community engagement while tracking content performance.
