Develops new and existing hotel and hospitality accounts through consultative selling, presentations, relationship management, upselling, forecasting, and territory planning. Promotes amenities, textiles, janitorial supplies, cleaning products, FF&E, and MRO products while achieving sales and profit goals. Manages customer issues, coordinates account setup and internal support, monitors receivables, and identifies growth opportunities. Requires frequent customer travel and strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organizational, CRM, and financial skills.
