Build and optimize AI-powered recruiting operations, including sourcing workflows, scheduling automations, candidate communications, pipeline management, interview logistics, ATS data accuracy, reporting, and funnel analytics. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring speed, accountability, process scalability, and candidate experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build and ship AI/ML products for finance and accounting workflows. Responsibilities include transforming messy financial data into production systems, designing evaluations, analyzing errors, optimizing quality and cost, and partnering with product and engineering. The role requires practical experience with machine learning, LLM applications, retrieval, embeddings, agentic systems, noisy data, and end-to-end production deployment.

Lead customer implementations from onboarding through go-live. Translate accounting requirements into ERP, CRM, tax, payment, and finance-system integrations; manage testing, timelines, milestones, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment. Serve as an accounting systems subject-matter expert, coach internal teams, recommend change-management approaches, identify product gaps, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver successful implementations.
