Drive discovery and delivery for Manifest, translating operational needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and shipped AI-enabled capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, design, and customers, support deployments, track usage and impact, and ensure adoption in mission-critical defense logistics environments.

Lead partner strategy across defense, government, and industrial partners. Build relationships with primes, integrators, vendors, and logistics providers to drive pipeline, teaming wins, and delivered programs. Manage capture and proposals, commercial terms, integrations with product/engineering, partner-facing materials, and tracking of pipeline and outcomes.

Lead Tagup's Air Force business development: identify and capture logistics, sustainment, and predictive maintenance opportunities; build senior relationships and pipeline across commands; run capture and proposals; coordinate demos, OTAs/SBIR transitions, and align product roadmap with customer needs. Represent Tagup at events and drive pursuits from first contact through award.
